We want you to love your Ivy City Co. pieces, but if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible for a refund.

Select Items
Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.
Print & Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.
Ship & Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
